MP3
players:
Why
I cannot turn the Boom'N Pro MP3 player on even I have
already put new alkaline battery in?
During
MP3 files transferring from PC to your Boom'N Pro MP3
player when battery power is low or depeted, it may
result in copy failure. And the MP3 player may not be
turned on again even replacing a new battery. It can
be fixed following the steps, please click here
more details.
How
many songs I can put in my MP3 player? Why my friend's
one can be put more songs than mine?
The
number of songs depend on the file size and quality
of each song. Please find the bit rate => file size
table as below for your reference. If you use higher
bit rate for higher quality, your MP3 player can be
put less songs because of larger file size of each song.
Vise versa.

Battery
life time of Macer
The player running time appears
to be unusually short.
The
tested running time of Macer if using standard Alkaline
battery is 8-10hrs. It has come to our attention that
the reason for unusual short running time experienced
by some users were actually due to using counterfeited
battery. Customers are advised to purchase batteries
only from the reliable shops.

Nightingale
4 channel and 6 channel sound card:
I
followed the installation procedure and have the SPDIF-OUT
enabled, but there is no Optical signal output. What
could cause this?
SPDIF-OUT only supports a 44.1kHz and 48kHz 16 bit stereo
signal. If your wave file or MP3 file is not recorded
with this format, there will be no SPDIF-OUT / Optical
signal. Please make sure to use the updated application
and choose "2 speakers" from the Audio Rack
application instead of "multi-speakers" to
active the optical function.
I connected a CD ROM via the
digital SPDIF-In. Why is there no sound when playing
an audio CD?
Check the following:
1. SW4 is set to ON and SW3 is set to OFF
2. The "Monitor SPDIF-IN" is enabled, or the
SPDIF-IN is selected in the Mixer.
3. Check if the connection of the SPDIF cable is correct.
Pin 1 is the Digital signal and pin 2 is GND -- it must
match with the CD-ROM.
4. There are some CD-ROM drives that have a two pin
connector near the 4 pin CD-Audio connector. But there
is no SPDIF signal. You must check your CD-ROM User's
manual for the support of SPDIF audio.
