• Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number must be obtained from Z-Cyber prior to returning defective merchandise.
• No cash refunds or credit are issued for returned products.
• Customer must pay one way shipping and handling.
• All items are with 1 year warranty. Items repaired or replaced under warranty will be shipped back freight prepaid by Z-Cyber.
• Z-Cyber does not pay insurance when shipping back to customer. Customer is 100% responsible for items shipped back from Z-Cyber.
